Sometimes I reckon headphones on one side only would be handy. For talking to your detecting buddy or people you come across.

I will be doing this as soon as I can get around the 2300's stupid connector.

Signal is mono anyway, don't like walking around oblivious to audio cues, especially when eyes are on the ground.

The new Deteknix ones are not fully enclosed and with volume control and being wire less, you can have any number of set-ups.
