I pinged this from diggings on a private property in SA. I know it's old and appears to be copper. Can anyone tell me more about it?

All jokes aside I found an old spoon in nuggetty creek a while back in Victoria
I'm guessing there is no way of knowing the history without a stamp of some sort

The only other way to identify if theres no makers mark if the shape. Some manufacturers had specific shapes for different periods in time

Thanks mate right on the money. It is stamped on the back but too corroded to make out the letters. I think it's been in this spot for a long time. Found at the base of a very old stringy bark around 4" down near a mullock heap.
