Absolutely without a doubt, physical books, I love how books feel in my hands, how they smell and being able to flick through pages, to be able to scribble in margins.... Oh and I like to read them too.

I buy eBooks to read, physical books for collectible/investment/nostalgia reasons, or if they contain graphics/maps/formulas that dont translate well to digital. I get where Flowerpot is coming from; nothing beats a real book. Im just trying (and failing) to avoid accumulating more stuff.

Are you thinking of publishing something?

Two questions come to mind when I read this line of post. They are for what reason are you reading the book for pleasure or knowledge? Me for instance if researching a subject and a hard cover book is unavailable but the Ebook is well naturally I would go the Ebook. Just my way of thinking Jemba.
