I own the best of both worlds a 7 ltr v8 (500hp atw) and a 13b turbo cosmo rotary(1000hp atw) . And neither is a race car unless you pull up with a supra

Agreed i wont get longevity out of my rotary but it is ludicrously fast. Thats why i have a big v8 that will last hundreds of thousands of kilometers as a daily driver.
Supras CAN be fast but then they also lose longevity when you push the limits.
Same goes with any high performance car really.
