And Found with a ML 7000?
The person posting the picture is a gold dealer/buyer someone said. I noticed he replied to someone's question with this

"I did not find it, I bought it from prospector, was deep, 7000 with 19 inch coil."

you would be a fool to sell it to a "gold dealer" even if he paid 20 % more than bullion value.

If export permission was sought and and it was listed on Sotheby's it could have sold for 1.2 - 1.5 million +

1.2 to 1.5 WOW that figure didn't enter my mind if I happen to find one I'll be in touch to learn the process

Heres some more gold porn, found last year apparently, dont know where or with what, but a huge haul though.https://www.prospectingaustralia.com/forum/img/member-images/14652/1601796512_44943463_10155417283852493_4527156148599521280_o.jpg

Hello Pinfire opals.

These Photos are years old, nothing recent mate.

The 3 masked bloke found their gold in WA many years ago.

And the first photo you put up of the big specimen nugget, was found around mid 2018.

It was cleaned in acid, and weighed in at 5353.5 Grams. being 172 ozs.

I have a screen shot of this when cleaned, that I took on the 28 / 7 /2018.

This was posted on the Gold Hunters Victoria Forum.

It's doubtful who found it and with what detector.

Cheers ozziegold.

Respect to you good Sir. :Y:

It's the Hope of ordinary gullible and naive folks that helps the prospecting industry make record profits...especially with shows such as Aussie Gold Hunters proliferating the Screens of TV and YT.

Gold nuggets won't grow back, not in the noobs lifetimes anyway. Sure there's a chance of stumbling on a HUGE one but there's a bigger chance of you dying from a snakebite.

Some enjoy the bush whether or not they get gold but many, more recent, seekers go to the bush with no care for her, no appreciation and are only motivated by greed. They leave rubbish, holes and a bad taste in the mouth.

I'm no pillar of virtue by any means but even I understand that we borrow the Earth from our children.

And just about every other prospecting site ........ question remains was it actually found in Victoria, I know my memory is fading but thought I'd remember something like that. Do remember the pic of the 3 amigos and their hoard.

Or ...... was it actually found with the new Minelab XYZ 6000 prototype, just saying. ]:D ]:D ]:D
Cheers T.

Those three amigos look straight out of the 70s to me, from their fashion sense, to their tipples of choice. The bloke on the right especially - with his towelling hat and short shorts, he looks like an extra from an old Paul Hogan Channel 9 show.

I think you wear what's comfortable-no fashionistas out there...or are there?? :(

I'm with you Jaros. What's comfortable and what affords some safety from Snakes and the elements. I don't go out to look good or pick-up

The REECE shirt is the giveaway to the age of the photo. Which plumber here can remember when Reece were handing these out?

Not always an indication I've got t shirts that are 20 years old :Y: but I reckon your on the money

No. The Three masked blokes were selling that gold at a gold expo in the USA around 10 plus years ago. The middle one is Tony Frazier who was and may still be a gold buyer but I have not seen him in several years to know if he still is. He also held claims in Talbot Vic.
The Photo was called when it was posted those years ago of them selling it in the US as "The Three Amigos" That photo is probably a bit older than my 2010 Navara. I knew him well and know that photo well too.
Pretty sure this vid was from his Talbot Claim.
