1.. 22mm o/d, 20mm i/d x 1000mm
2.. 19.7mm o/d, 18mm i/d x 1000mm

Problem 1..
Anyone got any ideas on how I get this iso rod section out without breaking it?
(I don't care about the shaft)

Can you split the shaft with a thin angle grinder blade?
Apply heat, see if it melts any glue??

This wrap is a fail, starting from 1 end just doesn't work and the concaves /depression in the coil are a nightmare.
Will try again with the 12" and start from the centre and stretch outwards in each direction..

This is as good as I can get it without heating it to keep it thick and glossy
