It was a scam - the UK seller's account had been hijacked and hundreds of different items were listed. I don't know whether I was the first to report it, but eBay took them all them down soon after.
Be warned: any time you see a 'Buy It Now' panel like the one in Bogger's post, in the auction item description area (in this case after you clicked on a link), it's always a scam to get buyers to pay directly for non-existent gear without any buyer protection, like so:
