It took us 12 weeks to wear out the skid plate at tibooburra this year and you are scrubbing it over quarts and shale up there so i can't see it being fragile. :The skid plate is such a good fit it doesn't need to be taped. As for the charger JUST buy a cig plugin unit with the right fitting on the other end, they are available probably at jacar .it saves mucking around and risking a short circuit :Y:
