    Help identifying a bracelet.

I did suggest that to her, a decent jeweller should have a basic answer but we were also curious about the markings and history behind it.. Just throwing it out there to see if any of the knowledgeable members here have any ideas.

Question about carrying a pick on you belt?

Is there a particular reason for this? Yes, it stops the long pick handle banging the side of your leg while walking along swinging the detector.. the 45 angle keeps the handle well fom your leg, much more comfortable and easier to slide the pick out too when needed.

Found while gold detecting, any ideas?

Hi all, Im posting this for a mate who was out detecting for gold in the gt recently and dug this up from about 300mm depth in what he called 'nice looking clay'.. he says it appears to be made of 'plastic', with a metal centre and sounded just like gold. To me it looks like a bullet projectile...

    coiltek Elite 11" versus coiltek elite 14" x 9"

Hey DD yeah 4500, couldnt believe how small it was when i got down to it, fairly faint signal but still pulled me up to have a look  I found another one at a different spot same weight but it had a tiny piece of quartz in the centre of it so probably less gold in the second one realisticly.

Agree'd BW generally we look for and work new & untouched ground, this was just a little convenient fun with a beer in hand after a slow day. All our other small pieces were hard work and well earned but gold is gold at the end of the day :)
