Brad, The lists provided are good and appear to be based on experience and common sense. I would suggest you take a well stocked first aid kit. Get one of the larger 4x4 ones from BFC and add to it with items from the chemist. Eg. Tweezers, magnifing glass, eye wash, bigger bandaids, Ibuprofen...
