Hi all,I know we are all allowed to fossick in the GPA areas.My other question is can we legally fossick creeks and rivers if we have permission from land owners.

Hi all, I am located in Brisbane and fossicking for alluvial gold.I want to know if it is legal to prospect for gold in Upper Brookfield and Kedron creeks avoiding the state forests,mainly creeks,also obtaining land owners permission to search their creeks on their property. Thanks in advance...
