Reply received today Please see attached links to exempt rivers & creeks list was all I got in reply. Will be interesting to see if any of the plethora of tourist who frequent this area and may decide to pan for gold after watching this show get fined or not.

Bull :poop: excuse, at least the tourists that get pinged might be able to use the show in defence.

Certainly did as to how to access the creek, what the individual decides to do once there is entirely up to them. Personally I love crayfish caught from this creek.

To blatantly promote a restricted area as being a great place to find gold is not good in anyones language and can only harm OUR hobby.

A few years back when I finally found I had time take up this great hobby that was one of my first surprises as I couldnt understand how some gov dept could hijack a list of rivers and streams that one was not permitted to own or build a home on and turn it into a list one cannot recreationaly...

Excellent, mine have recently turned up and seem to work fine on the sdc, I also gave them a run plugged into the telly and they work ok although I have noticed that one side seems louder than the other, not sure if thats normal
