Minelab gp series coils?

Hi everyone, are all the gp series coils from minelab dd? I just purchased a gp3500 and the gp series coil that came with it has no mono/ dd markings. Thanks

Maybe post a pick mate, someone here may recognise it and steer you in the right direction
I dont exactly know about the gp series coils to be honest other than that I cant help, I am really reliable like that lol

According to the manual, the stock coil is a 11" DD. The GP3000 also came standard with 11" and 18" DD coils

The coil is the same as that one, my photos appear to be to large to upload.

just put it into cancel and try to detect a target with it a 22 bullet will do, if it detects it then its a DD if not its a mono regards john :Y:

I put it in cancel and the detector still responded to a target, a dd it is.

Any Minelab mono coil will have Monoloop written on it. DD's usually say nothing, or DoubleD is written in the Commander range.

I have the exact same setup. Both of those coils pictured are DD coils.

The Minelab mono coils will have MONO printed on the sticker. For the coils run your fingers around the cable, the DD coil will have a flat section on it. The cable on the mono coil will be completely round.
