More suited to a new buyer than a current Deus user as you are going to have nearly replace everything.
Your current headphones won't work nor will any of your coils including X35 or HF, but your MI6 pin pointer will work as does the 'Go Terrain' app if that ever gets released.
I also imagine that the value of your present Deus is going to take a significant tumble on the used market.

Looks great and would seriously consider replacing my current Deus and Equinox with the Deus 2 - might be time to do my tax return!

$2,499, I knew it wasn't going to be cheap but that's... not cheap. I think I'll be holding off to see what Nokta Makro come up with. Totally understand if you're one of the edge cases where you'd still require this over an Equinox though (diving, super light).
