Just Google "WA Mining Leases for sale".
There's a few on Gumtree & some other websites.
Best to check any websites out as I can remember there was a scam site a few years ago.

Best advice I can give you is Caveat Emptor.
Probably 99% of these leases for sale are flogged out, or have various other problems that you don't want to be a part of.

Mining leases are always flogged in online sales especially after the season where companies sell off tenaments that have been hammered and they know that they already have all the most important gold size ie the massive nuggets or bigger than your wrist or fist leaving the small uneconomic size gold for the buyer of the lease. Don't be to supprised if you see leases for 20,000 to 100,000 dollars online. That's one way companies make money off you, a lease is only worth what your willing to pay out for it. Bear in mind that as of 2022/23 you're required to pay a 5000 dollar security fee on top of your prospecting licence, not to mention that its 3 bucks something per ha or 35.00 dollars there of minimum annual expenditure is 2.000 dollars. Find 2022/23 dmp fees attached.

Not quite.....the $5k security (Form 32) has been around for a long long time. It requires you to sign a form saying you have 5k but you dont have to hand over 5k.
