No pictures but today Gina made a delicious chicken soup.
5 days ago we bought a “reduced for clearance” roast chicken From Coles for $5.50.
We had chicken sandwich lunches for two days. She then made a chicken and mushroom pie which lasted us two nights and today she made the carcass into a lovely chicken soup. Still going on that one.
Who says they can’t afford to eat?

Didn't cook anything but found 4 of these in a kitchen drawer and for the life of me i cannot remember what they are used for, old age. Any ideas? They appear to be aluminum. Cheers Mackka

Possibly for keeping large roasts in position in the oven, with the spike inserted into the meat and the curved ends as legs?

Yeah, nah. Not a cob holder mate but thank you both for your comments. They are aluminium and the pointy bit is very sharp. I bought them a long time ago and cannot remember why 🤣🤣.
