Interesting read for those interested in Victorias gold history

Comments on various goldfields and some interesting snippets of travel between them, almost 4 hours by coach from Maryborough to Dunolly. Coach tipping over and passengers having to right it again.

Think 1862 was very wet and preceded the Great 1863 flood.
