In isolating detectable areas where there is a general permission (without requiring any further personal query),
have become stuck on understanding Native Title detail.
Where a native title determination outcome specifies "Native title exists (non-exclusive)" can we just go over the area, or not?
Is there any explicit information about this?
I have found detailed mapping like below, but no explanatory detail on any specific location where it comes up with "non-exclusive" native title,
although this wording suggests we'd have complete rights to "access" and "use" the area. True or not - cannot be sure??
