His wife grew up in the area so they most likely both knew their way around but we had a few overcast days. Most of this region is featureless country so once the clouds obscure the celestial navigation and the sun has disappeared even the most experienced can lose their way. I've met several people who have purchased a PLB and keep it in the glovebox. How much use is that when you are out of sight of camp?</p></blockquote><p></p>
