Hi Nuggethunter,
These are not from a book, part of my private collection, I collect them and have Aust stuff going back to the 1860's. The really old stuff is usually Tas.
Stereoscopic photos, a very early form of 3D, you can see the 3D effect if you were OK with the old "Magic Eye" type images, have to 'stare' through the images until they sort of merge and the 3D effect becomes evident.
Let me know if you ever come across them, always keen to add to my collection.
