Brand New never used Batpak GPX Detector Battery is a replacement or second long life lithium for the Minelab battery supplied with Minelab GPX 5000 4800 4500 and GPX 4000 Detectors
Purchased new from Prospectors Patch WA for $550 the BatPak battery pack with audio amplifier is housed in an aluminum case to keep it lite weight and easy for all day use. Fits into the Minelab harness used with GPX detectors
it features:

audio amplifier/booster
can take 4 or 5 pin connection
fuel gauge
lithium ion
240 volt wall and 12 volt car chargers
15 hour run time


Dont rely on your current battery or backup when you can run a light weight Batpak in your MGPX detectors. Selling for $350 due to move to GPX 6000. Pick up Ballarat or will post at cost.

Has it been kept charged?

Yes Jaros - Always kept as a spare in the car. Running a Lucky Lark with this as a back-up battery until I sold the 5000 around 2 months ago. Another thing is the battery doesn't seem to lose charge if not used.
