They look cool I bought a tomahawk off ebay
It's good on flats but steep hills it struggles a bit it does fold up and fit in the boot of a car though.

can they be licensed for the road, or are they just for off road, the AD is not exactly forthcoming with this information, not that I can see anyway, unless I'm having one of my senior moments.

I'd say purely off road. Cheaper and more portable than a postie bike. Sure would save me some hikes.

I've seen them but figure the last thing I need with me in the field is a large supply of beer and to be honest, at the first hill I couldn't get up I'd 'lighten the load' and that would be me for the day- pished at the bottom of a hill
