Disassemble Pro-Swing 45 harness

Previous owner assembled the harness wrong, on one side the waist strut is in the shoulder and vice versa.

The struts are clicked into place in the harness and I've given them a solid pull but they haven't come out, I'm reluctant to pull harder in case I break some the mechanism inside the nylon.

Pull harder? Some kinda of release switch?

I figured it out immediately after posting - you can just unscrew the struts.

Unscrew and dump in the bin, you feel like a zombie walking around in that. Minelab blotted their copybook when they released that monstrosity.

Yep just waddling around the house now and feel pretty silly. But after a couple weeks with the 7000 using only the guide arm, I can tell I'm gonna wear out my shoulder and mess up my spinal alignment with how much I detect. Gonna get a hip stick instead.
