You can camp for the purpose of prospecting, but on an EL, ML, PL etc.. you need either the 40E permit or written permission from the lease holder to prospect. You can camp on VCL or pending without permission.</p><p></p><p>These things were clarified with DMIRS sitting around my kitchen table not 3 weeks ago.</p></blockquote><p></p>
