Buying / applying for a Lease - Western Australia

If buying a lease only buy from legitimate company's but apart from that its always best to just apply for a lease at dmp as I'm sure leases you see up for sale are either barren or if not barren the seller trying to fleece you of money. My recommendation is to go through dmp and apply for a lease, sure it may cost you a Grand but it surely beats having to pay $10,000 up to $100,000 grand for a used lease with no guarantee of hitting paydirt.
Note for Newbies: paydirt means this Paydirt or Pay dirt, in the field of mining, refers to dirt, rock, or other raw materials which contains (or may contain) profitable quantities of ore or other valuable materials. By analogy
