Hey Wickedwaz. I know we all love the coins but I'll take a lazy fifty any time. I was detecting on a local beach when a ten dollar note washed up at my feet. I looked around, thought I was being set up or something. No one was around so into the finds bag it went. Winners are grinners!

Yes Scoopa, you can't complain. I always scout with my eyes, there's is a lot of valuables that aren't metal out there..

That is fantastic, I went to the races a few weeks ago and now that my eyes are "detector trained" picked up a $20 and $10 off the carpet. Unfortunately we plonked it on the fav in the next and it went down! haha Inside my head I swear I heard a beep beeeep
