First day camping at Creswick and found my very first gold nugget panning!

Just a question though, do nuggets tend to cluster close together? I'll be going back to that spot and don't want to get my hopes up too much haha

And yes, where you find a good one, there can certainly be more, with the best ones at the bottom. Keep digging!

Didn't find any more nuggets, but found a couple pickers and a shotgun pellet! 0.39g of fine stuff and the nugget is 0.75g.
Not a bad trip, I'll definitely go back sometime!

My biggest nugget found at Misery Creek. A 1.1 gram nugget, and a few chunky bits all from panning.
