Taking a bit of long service leave this winter and have July and August off. Am tossing up, where to head. Have a 4WD and camper trailer and don't mind getting out to the middle of nowhere. Just can't decide whether to head up to Nth Qld or over to WA. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hello all. Have only done one day of detecting and am hooked. I live on the western edge of the Vic goldfields and pick up my new detector next weekend and can't wait to get into it. Great Forum with lots of good info, very helpful for what is an extremely steep learning curve for me. Cheers Tim
