Taken last night at my friends lake side property on Lake Macquarie

We have 2 vehicles due for registration renewal next month , $434 for the registration (NSW) plus CTP Greens slips with GIO .. GIO sent out the renewal notices and are charging $510.43 almost double what they charged last year ..Did a comparison search on line and found a much cheaper...

Most days the Kookaburra's perch on the back deck rail to survey the lawns below... There must be a whole family of them living near by as they can often be heard calling out ...laughing together..

Great idea Aries :rolleyes: but who is going to go out to remote areas of WA and enforce your proposed new regulation.. I hope its some one with impeccable abilities to locate people in remote places .. you know someone that can find people when the SES and other searchers cant .. 👍

Local aerodrome near home, is quoting around $15,000 for a Recreational Pilot's Licence. Would love to learn to fly but the cost has always kept me on the ground .. Alternative is the Angeles City Flying Club they do flight training with ultralight aircraft such as the Quicksilver MXL...
