Been a member here a about a year but been busy so just saying hello!

I think I have tried that, but I will try again. I could probably fix the issue if I had an XP disk, but the computer came new with XP pre-installed and no XP disk. It's getting a little late here in the USA and I will have to hit the sack in an hour or so and we have a freeze warning...

The problem I'm having is that the computer keeps rebooting before it gets completely booted, it will boot and load Windows, but before all of the startup programs gets loaded it will reboot itself, all of this happens over and over until I just power it off manually, it's an old computer but if...

    It's a wonderful world

As the old saying goes..."...Life is what you make it...", it's most often very hard work, but if your mind is on track you'll not notice the hard work so much and achieve your goals in life.

Old firearm, any ideas on age etc?

I also think this a Winchester, but which model I'm uncertain, short of model numbers, caliber marking on the rifle, a little more easily obtained info on this rifle could help determine which it is, e.g., measure the length of the barrel, measure the bore size as close as possible to help...

    Nsw hi New to site

Welcome Mr. Guppy. I live in the USA and we can still dredge in some places in some states, but in some other states dredging has been sorta banned by the states issuing a moratorium on dredging until the "environmentalists" can invent reasons/"studies" that dredging does damage to the...

House John Holland unearthed in Parramatta. WARNING: IMAGE INTENSIVE.

Thanks for posting the photos Cracka! I love the big jugs with "Health Beverage" on them, not sure if the contents helped anyone's health but I'm sure one would feel much much better after a few big swigs of whatever was in the jugs!! Are those animals bones or human? Too bad the site will be...
