    Just noticed they have also dropped the gemstone prospecting only allowed PARKS as well. There used to be 6-10 parks that allowed for gemstone prospecting. They have all gone. From park vic allowed parks for prospecting.

    Yep read that BUT when you go to PARKS VIC website it been removed from the list of allowed parks for prospecting and all the maps have gone that showed the allowed areas in the park. And it only happened in the last 6 months or so.
