Thanks for the feedback I have done some more research and have found that a 18650 battery highest mAh capacity is 3500mah , any thing higher that is a china fake.

Hi all The batteries that come with the qed pl3 are 18650 3.7v li lon 2600mah, can the qed run a different mAh, like 18650 3.7 li lon 5000mah battery? I thought the higher the mah the longer detector should ran, is this right?
