I've only used the 11 so far. I will be having a go of the DD next outing but from what I hear it also loves the lead shot. Be interesting to see how the 17 goes when it arrives

A question / thought about research. I feel it's a loose term thrown around alot on prospecting forums and the like. When people ask where's a good spot to hunt there will always be someone who will answer with....you need to do your "research". Now I think it's a great and true answer but...

Yep sorry I also have the LT booster when using the speaker but mainly do just use earbuds, and yes also had to get the male 3.5mm to 6.25 adaptor.

I use the light weight battery set from detector mods Ballarat. $145 Then I use the avantree Bluetooth transmitter and receiver set. Which i picked up from Amazon for $90 You can then use your phones earbuds 3.5mm or a speaker with a 3.5 to RCA adaptor. $3
