Yes. This sounds all too familiar. Where we focus we go sort of thing, but with the expenses and the broken trail (not so often good looking) to show for it.

Yep, sure do. If you search Google for "4.1kg gold nugget found in victoria" news from 08/2016, you'll see a 4.1 kg nugget found in recent years (seasoned prospector)

Hi all. I live in Wagga and while not new to prospecting, I have yet to find my first nuggets. Which area, close to Wagga Wagga NSW would you recommend that may actually hold nuggets? I don't mind driving a few hours, but would hope to find a few nuggets if I spent a few days. Any help/advice...

Gravity - did you find gold before you got the GPX 5000? How much did you pay if I may ask?

Is a Minelab CTX3030 sufficient to find some gold, or would you say that if one is serious about gold detecting that this detector - however good it is - has no place in it?
