Today I was detecting some new ground, the whole time I was thinking jeez this ground is quiet , zero junk or hot rocks or ground noise.
It wasn't until I came across a bit tin I could see and wondered why my detector didn't scream when I went near it, so I went closer and closer and finally realised something was wrong.
So I put my glasses on and checked the front control panel, and yep, I must of bumped it somehow since I last used it and the only setting that was changed was 'cancel'.
It finally happened 🤣🤣🤣

Don't worry it's happened to us all. Sometimes by accident & sometimes by mischievous mates 😂

@Dave's Office that is a nice vehicle/home you have there.

We've been travelling in our "Minniebago" for about 8 years now Gold, we leave it on the ute while going from A to B and take it off when we are staying in one place for 4 days or more, when we're towing the boat we spend several weeks at the spots where I go fishing, Miss Kay's pretty keen to get a Caravan and I think I might have to get one after this trip, there's not much room in the Minniebago so when we go away without the boat you can't take much with you.

Just came back from my local Men’s Shed where i dropped off all my woodturning manuals and design books. Had a coffee with the fellas and was shown what they do. Was i impressed, bloody oath i was, fantastic workmanship and The Toy Boys making beautiful cars etc. reminded me of Glenn and his incredible workmanship. Great places these Men’s Sheds .

Hey Jaros, i took a lot of Amateur Radio Manuals over to the Brisbane Amateur Group (VK4BA) the other day at Rochedale. It's at the Scout Group with its own shack. I was seriously impressed. Almost tempted ;) Cheers Mackka

I don’t frequent Mens sheds but I know a few blokes who do and it is very beneficial for their health and mental well-being. They do great work.

Couldn’t agree more Pa. An acquaintance is President and he informed me that the youngest bloke is 70. They open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with Monday being a Social day of an Invited Speaker and the other two days are working on projects. Great to see.

Isolating after having a COVID test this morning. Not taking any chances on it being just flu & thinking about the safety of young grand daughter Ivy.
Hey didn’t i read you were at another members home for afternoon tea? Hopefully they are being checked also. Hope it’s just a cold.
