    Looking for dryblower in WA

Thanks Grubstake. It's a bit pricey for us to be buying new. Me being an old mechanic and my offsider being a boilermaker/welder we were thinking more of "recoverable second hand, pre-loved but well hammered". :)

    Who's from W.A

Hmmm,,,,,,,,"100 kms NW of Perth" will put yer new home about where Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 entered the water! Seriously though, I've been prospecting in WA for over 30 years so any questions just PM me for an email address. NB - I don't do "X marks the spot" stuff. :)

Gold Hog mats information and questions

Recently, I've looked at Gold Hog stuff and it does seem a bit "overmarketed" but that often seems to be the American Way in the face of stiff competition. It seems expensive. After using a Keene's Sluice for gold recovery from pulverised species I'm well pleased with Keene's Miracle Matting and...

Looking for plans for a big sluice

G'day from WA. Somebody just told me that there is a guy on this forum that sells plans for constructing large sluices. Anyone know who he is and how can I contact him? Thanks.

    Looking for dryblower in WA

Anyone on here have or know of a dryblower for sale. We need something like 15 tonnes an hour bigger. Even one that needs refurbishing would be OK - a wreck even! In WA is preferred. Thanks.

Dredging in Australia for recreational activities IS illegal..

Hmmm,,,,,,,,the opening statement was "Dredging is illegal in Australia". Assuming that WA is still part of Australia then that statement is not correct. Dredging is allowed in WA providing you do it on a mining tenement of some type. It is subject to Mining Proposal approval but it can be done...

Minelab GPX 4500 information and questions

I see Minelab have just re-released the 4500 in the USA and it's coming here soon. Fitted with a CT Elite Mono I believe and cost somewhere around $3500.00 ???. I've found heaps with mine here in WA over the years. I still have one and a 5000 and an SDC, plus a Whites GMT. My wife uses the 4500...

New to the forum but experienced prospector

Yep - I'm trying to get the "10" as I'm the tour operator in WA that's trying to organise things for next year for some of your members. I may be able to answer a lot of questions a lot quicker then email.

    Windows 10

I have WIN 8 at present and whilst I can use "moving maps" in Ozi-Ex and I can send Waypoints to my Garmin GPS, I can't send waypoints from the GPS to Ozi-Ex. Frankly, Win 8 was a disaster for me. Thanks

    Windows 10

Anyone know if WIN 10 will run Ozi-Explorer?

New to the forum but experienced prospector

Hi, I'm new to the forum but have 30 odd years experience detecting, leaseholding and bulldozing. I need ten posts to get to the Members Restricted area as I need to read the thread about a tour party to WA next year. So I'll try and rack up ten quick posts if that's OK. Thanks.
