I bought a new River Sluice with the new dream matting on it, but it's covered in some oily substance and from what I know about gold it won't stick the matting very well with oil on the matting, I would of thought. How would I remove this oily substance before taking on a prospecting trip this...

Not knowing anything about the Chapman Lease, as he doesn't answer his Email nor his phone message bank, could someone enlighten me as to how far out of Clermont this lease is, as it may be easier staying in the park if only a short distance to drive each day, as I can put up with my own stink...
