googled up, came up with this Fossicking in Queensland

Went out with the detector and the kids to grasstree beach old goldmine sites, found everything but gold and managed to scare a good size roo :P Now gota go to some serious minefields which im guessing is Clermont.

Bought qld map for $5.49. it really doesnt have much info apart from general info as to where one could go to try, apart from that, nothing. Im very new to this and am not familiar with more detailed mapping tools. very generic info is on this map, not sure if worth that $5

Went and had a look on the ebay listing, they also give option to buy state specific maps. That map is Google Earth Overlay. bought qld maps, fingers crossed :)
