Wordle became a bit too monotonous, I got tired of guessing from a selection of 5 words with the first letter being the deciding factor as to whether I got it right or wrong. So now I am a Freecell Grandmaster, much more interesting - 🤔
I remember in '83 we could buy full opalised shells for five dollars, not chips or broken pieces of shell but full, unbroken, whole shells - and there they sat. I thought they were beautiful but I only gazed at them and wondered what I could do with them.
I see they have a $600/ct teal sapphire for sale atm. Nice stone though heat treating and a slight inclusion will put some people off, nonetheless, a nice teal.

If you found this on a beach then chances are that it is ambergris. Amber, when rubbed quickly against your pants or on fine sandpaper smells like the old woodworking rosin, it is distinctive, a tree resin if it is not petrified. Don't make too much noise about it if you found it on the beach...
