Desided to go up to hanging rock after crystal quartz. Found the gully and hiked down ( yeah i own an i40 ) into the gully. Nice spot got a bag with my gear in it shovel and pick over the shoulder. Found some nice crystals small but complete and one large piece of quartz covered in crystals...

That would be great, nothing like learning in a group everyone has different knowlage and it can be heaps of fun.

I visited a place many years ago lower hunter i think there were heaps of fossils everywhere. Does anyone know where this apot is I'd really like to visit it again.
