Thanks mate, By the sounds of it i might be just finding a local pub to have a few coldies at the end of the day! But at the same time I'm not paying for the petrol so might even just end up going for a drive around and scope a few spots for a return visit when it cools down

Evening all, Just thought I'd share a quick recap of my trip to oallen and the shoalhaven this morning, for those of you that don't know, the river, well it's not flowing. No flow at all even after the rain. Braidwood ran out of water during the week and are now receiving several tankers a week...

Well i took it for a run today and its a success! A bit slow to clear the material but with a bit more fine tuning on the setup I'm sure we'll get there. Put 30L of seived material through it and got some colour.

Thanks mate. I have just as much fun making the equipment as i do finding the good stuff! I like the idea of a recirculating setup. Looks like the boat might be loosing it's bilge pump for a few days ;)
