For what it's worth, I have never had an experience like those listed above....many many years in the field...including living out there etc etc. One thing though...we almost always only work our own tenement and so can control to some extent who is there.
You are absolutely right....and you will learn a heap. Make it stong....keep it simple....go constant air with vibe motors on each tray....long tailings conveyor....large hopper and have fun. Dryblowing can be very profitable...when/if you get it right!
