    It is ok, i need to take the fresh air, so I ll see when I get there...if they are dry, i ll try the blow tubing method and metal detector...if they have water...pan / sluice...will see...i ll post here when I m back on Wednesday.

    According to various online sources, January is the wettest...doesn't mean you get much rain anyway 😉. While I would welcome company. I have no issue going on my own if needed.

    Hi walnLiz, Thx for the tip. I am aware that s the hotest and wettest month of the year. Unfortunately January is my holidays slot... I was there last January hiking ( Mutawintji national park) but had no pan or metal detector with me at the time...if not, i ll pushed to Tibo....
