    Thanks Nightjar, I use a roller whenever my back becomes overly tight, its surprising how a simple rolled towel can help relieve a stiff spine.

    Thats what I do now, Silver. I take a couple of Ibuprofen first thing in the morning when I know Im going to have a long day. They seem to relax my back enough so I can do things that would normally cause a problem.

    Thanks for the info, I hadnt thought about that. I was very lucky finding my JB van, it had been used as a demo at the caravan shows for a year & had been reduced significantly. Its an ideal size for one person & is very solidly built.
